Our Team
Puja Bansal is a certified Functional Medicine Nutritionist specializing in clinical ketogenic metabolic therapy, with a focus on brain health, hormonal balance, and metabolic function. Her work sits at the intersection of nutrition, physiology, and mental health, helping clients understand how food directly influences energy, mood, and long-term health outcomes. After experiencing her own struggles with gut health, fatigue, and hormone imbalances in her 20s, Puja began exploring nutrition as a therapeutic tool, an experience that shaped her clinical, evidence-based approach. She has extensive experience supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, using advanced testing such as blood work, microbiome analysis, hormone testing, and nutrigenomics to create highly personalized protocols.
As her work has evolved, Puja has expanded into metabolic psychiatry, focusing on the roles of metabolism, mitochondrial health, and neurotransmitter balance in conditions such as anxiety, low mood, and cognitive fatigue. She integrates genetic testing to better understand individual variations in detoxification, hormone metabolism, and brain chemistry, allowing for a more precise approach to care. In addition to her clinical work, Puja has been an educator with the Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness , and has delivered talks for organizations including Google(Singapore) and the Singapore American School. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys rhythm cycling, strength training, and starting her day with a good cup of coffee.
